    Description

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain valuable experience and grow within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the creation of digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
    2. Collaborate with marketing team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
    3. Generate fresh ideas and concepts to contribute to brainstorming sessions and design meetings.
    4. Use industry-standard software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute design projects.
    5. Ensure that all design work meets brand standards, guidelines, and quality expectations.
    6. Support the production process by preparing files for print or digital distribution.
    7. Stay informed about current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
    8. Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
    9. Maintain organized files and records of design assets for easy access and retrieval.
    10. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
    2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
    3. Proficiency in Canva, Midjourney, Dall-e, and Adobe Firefly is an added bonus.
    4. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
    5. Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from other team members.
    8. A portfolio showcasing design projects and creative work.
    9. Basic knowledge of print production processes and digital file formats.
    10. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    11. Passion for design and a desire to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
