    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Assist in the day-to-day Human Resources and office administration functions.
    • Maintain and update the employee database, organize proper record-keeping and filling of employee correspondence and documents.
    • Assist in recruitment for different stages, including posting job advertisement, interviews, and confirmation and entry procedures.
    • Ensure payroll accuracy and in timely manner.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business or any related fields.
    • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
    • Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, and team player.
    • Able to work in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.
