    About the role:

    Asia Cargo Network is growing rapidly and is seeking a Corporate Finance & Strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing key business performance metrics and identifying internal organic performance improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will assess the balance sheet to determine the best plan of action for capital structuring (e.g., refinancing, raising debt/equity) as well as investment decisions (e.g., what our highest ROI projects are). As someone with strong financial acumen and the ability to turn numbers into insights, you will be a pivotal team member expected to help maximize shareholder value.

    Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic objectives of our rapidly growing organization.

    What You'll Do:


    • Provide executives with clear insights on drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities.


    • Gather and assess financial results. Prepare financial reporting deliverables and explain trends and business drivers. Uncover areas that are underperforming.


    • Support on the execution of various corporate finance projects, including supporting on M&A and Investor Relations.


    • Managing relationships with investors, banks and other stakeholders regarding financing requirements.


    • Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.

    What We Are Looking For:


    • A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or similar


    • 1 – 2 years of financial analysis experience in investment banking, management consulting, financial planning, and/or corporate strategy


    • Experience creating financial models within a corporate finance setting


    • Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.


    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.


    • Result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively, and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
