    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Engage with potential and existing enterprise clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
    • Prepare detailed technical proposals that meet the specific needs of each client.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and accurate representation of client needs.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our sales approach.
    • Provide feedback from clients to our technical team teams to help shape future product offerings.
    • Assist in the development of case studies, white papers, and other materials that demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.

    Specializations

    Veritas, Solarwinds, CheckMK, Nagios XI, MS Windows and Azure Cloud,

    Network Security related product

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a similar role, preferably within the enterprise software or IT sector.
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex technical features into tangible benefits for the client.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
    • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to exceed client expectations.
