- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with all company subsidiaries to ensure communication initiatives are in line with overall business objectives.
- Identify communication needs and opportunities and propose effective solutions to address them.
- Design and execute internal communication newsletters, and announcements to keep employees informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
- Manage communication channels such as intranet, email, and social media platforms, SAM communication apps to facilitate effective information dissemination.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.
- To plan and execute corporate employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities to promote team building, collaboration, and employee well-being.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- To work closely with the SAM Sports & Recreational Club Committee to organize the annual SSRC programs.
- Any task assigns as and when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communication, employee engagement, or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
- Excellent in poster designing skills.
- Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
