    Description

    As a Human Resource Corporate Communication and Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in fostering effective communication within the organization and enhancing employee engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans, initiatives, and programs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and enhance employee morale and productivity.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Corporate Communication:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and values.
    • Collaborate with all company subsidiaries to ensure communication initiatives are in line with overall business objectives.
    • Identify communication needs and opportunities and propose effective solutions to address them.
    • Design and execute internal communication newsletters, and announcements to keep employees informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
    • Manage communication channels such as intranet, email, and social media platforms, SAM communication apps to facilitate effective information dissemination.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all internal communication channels.

    Employee Engagement:

    • To plan and execute corporate employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Organize events, workshops, and activities to promote team building, collaboration, and employee well-being.
    • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to measure employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
    • To work closely with the SAM Sports & Recreational Club Committee to organize the annual SSRC programs.
    • Any task assigns as and when required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
    • Proven experience in corporate communication, employee engagement, or related areas.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
    • Excellent in poster designing skills.
    • Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, including intranet systems, and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
