    Description

    About Us:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern - Recruiter to join our team. This internship offers valuable experience in the field of recruitment and human resources, with opportunities for absorption into the company for outstanding performers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
    • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
    • Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements
    • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping
    • Assist in organizing recruitment events or job fairs
    • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team

    Requirements:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources or related field
    • Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or human resources
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
