    A property developer who gained its recognition through infrastructure and building works has been growing tremendously in the market is now on the look out for a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager based in Klang Valley to motivate and guide the team to greater success.

    about the job

    1. Support the manager and team in achieving monthly sales, quarterly, and annual sales objectives established by management.
    2. Develop and contribute sales and marketing plans, encompassing all facets aimed at boosting sales revenue.
    3. Seek out new leads and maintain contact with existing prospects to ensure attainment of designated sales goals.
    4. Ensure all Sales and Credit Administration process documents, including SPAs and loan agreements, are accurately completed within deadlines and appropriately filed for easy retrieval.
    5. Take charge of sales launches, assist walk-in customers, and handle various sales inquiries via email, phone, letters, etc. skills and requirements
    6. Diploma of degree graduate in Real Estate/ Sales and Marketing or equivalent
    7. With 4-5 years of working experience in the property development industry
    8. A team player with proven track record
    9. Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally and commute between projects how to apply
