Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Sport and Recreational by VSTECS Sport Club We'll take care of you medical, dental and insurance (hospitalisation & surgical benefits, personal accident, term life) On the job training, career & learning opportunity As Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be mainly managing the full cycle of recruitment process, support on new hires onboarding and talent acquisition activities.

Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc. Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentations, i.

offer letter, personal file documentations and etc. Support on the onboarding processes, including conduct orientation to newly hired. Support on Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding exercises, internship, career events, etc. Prepare and submit recruitment related reports. What you'll need to succeed in this rol

At least 2 to 3 year(s) experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Prior experience in Recruitment or Executive Search firm is added advantage. Possess good screening and interviewing skill. Good communication and time management. Able to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
