    Description

    OT might be required due to clinic overrun Open to deployment in case of pandemic We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics.

    As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:

    Counter Registration Perform registration and screening of patients Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments Comply to clinic facilities readiness Consultation Room Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.

    Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients. Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner Requirements Minimum "N " Level. Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
