    Description

    Role Description

    • Full time on-site role as a Product Specialist at UMMI Surgical Sdn Bhd located in Shah Alam
    • Responsible for the sales and promotion of surgical products
    • Regular meetings with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to build rapport and develop long term relationship with key customers
    • To attend surgical procedures and to provide technical and clinical support
    • Responsible in managing customer enquiries and marketing activities i.e. conduct workshops, demonstrations, road show etc
    • Work with the the Sales and Marketing Manager and sales team to achieve team and sales target

    Qualifications

    • Product Specialists, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service skills
    • Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills
    • Outgoing personality and eager to learn
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Able to work during weekend or odd hours
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel
    • Required to be well verse in English & Bahasa Malaysia
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related field
    • Experience in surgical products or medical devices is a plus
    • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
