    Description
    Job Responsibilities:
    • To develop and execute sales and marketing plan for Technical Services in generating new lead, marketing strategies and action items for revenue generation – 70% work requirement
    • To forecast, prospect, develop, recruit and action plans to achieve revenue targets in Malaysian Market for nc+ - 30% work requirement
    • Generate sales plan and marketing activities that translate to Technical Services revenue generation as per yearly target
    • NC+ revenue as per yearly target
    • Sales results: Orders, Invoices, Quotes. Sales Growth and Margin improvement.
    • Sales results: Paid Invoices for all divisions - Monthly and daily averages.
    • Projects and tasks assigned will be tracked and measured - examples include, demos, leads provided, target accounts, etc.
    Job Requirements:
    • Recognized tertiary qualification in Engineering/Business Management and at least 5 years' relevant commercial sales experience
    • Experience in digital marketing, cold calling, proposal and marketing write up for lead generation via email, FB, LinkedIn, exhibition and other means of channel
    • Strong network connection in oil and gas energy industry is an added advantage. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
    • High level of interpersonal skills and team working, able to communicate effectively with all levels including senior management
    • Proficiency in systematically maintaining accurate record pertaining to activities such as meetings, travel, correspondence and events.
    • Practical delivery mindset blended with commercial experience and acumen.
