    Be Manager, Special Projects

    We are seeking a Manager, Special Projects to provide invaluable support in steering strategic initiatives, overseeing critical projects, and ensuring operational excellence. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of key projects and initiatives, serving as a liaison between the group-level strategic focus and the local sales and operations teams.

    What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future

    • Collaborate closely with the Group Head to conceptualize and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing product offerings and market positioning.
    • Lead and manage ad hoc projects from initiation to completion, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of aligning project objectives with business goals, and driving successful outcomes.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decision-making, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
    • Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of local teams, performance management frameworks and systems to monitor, measure, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across different functions.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, making data-driven recommendations to drive decision-making and enhance operational excellence.
    • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation, and encouraging and implementing best practices.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to the Group Head, preparing progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for key stakeholders to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and actionable insights.

    What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role

    • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
    • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting firm or in a strategy role in a reputable company.
    • Strategic vision and analytical depth essential.
    • Translate high-level objectives into detailed execution plans.
    • Swift comprehension of complex concepts.
    • Proficient in data analysis and insight extraction.
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail in project execution.
    • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
