Description

Job Description:

Support platform wide strategy, identify key areas of improvement, and drive commercial goals with data driven solutions
Design, conduct and lead deep dive studies and analyses across various business functions
Handle AB Testing pipeline, designing test framework, oversee sampling process, and draw statistically significant conclusions from the result
Translate complex data analysis into accessible business-focused reports and recommendations and present to stakeholders
Act as the liaison between multiple stakeholder groups to facilitate and ensure the delivery of data projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred
3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis/intelligence role
Experience in project & stakeholder management responsibilities
Strong data querying and processing skills (SQL, Excel)
Advance English communication and written skill is preferred
Knowledge of statistics fundamentals and statistical modelings is a plus
