    About the role

    We seek a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technology strategy and execution for our learning and skills platform. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and forward-thinking individual with a proven track record in developing and deploying cutting-edge B2B technology solutions. As the CTO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HRtech by leveraging technology to shape and deliver impactful learning.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with the Company's goals
    • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable solutions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical specifications and features, and align technology initiatives with business objectives
    • Design and implement a scalable and secure technology architecture for our learning platform, considering current and future needs
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, evaluating their potential impact on our platform
    • Implement and enforce robust data security and privacy measures to safeguard user information and comply with relevant regulations
    • Drive research initiatives to identify and integrate innovative technologies that enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our learning programs
    • Provide visionary leadership to the Technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
    • Act as a technology evangelist, promoting the importance of technology in achieving educational outcomes

    The ideal candidate

    • Holds a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Has proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology or product lead role
    • Possesses a strong background in software development, technology architecture, and product management
    • Has relevant expertise with B2B SaaS products, especially in the HRtech or edutech industries (e.g., LXP, LMS, HRIS)
    • Demonstrates success in leading and scaling technology teams, including outsourced or remote teams
    • Employs excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Is a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to drive outcomes
    • Is passionate about transforming learning through innovative solutions
