    Description

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Or Diploma with 5 year's experience as customer service
    • Proven track record in sales and customer service roles, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' needs.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team.
    • Adaptability to dynamic environments and willingness to learn about new products/services.

    Responsibility

    As a Customer Services cum Sales Executive at Love & Laugh International Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. In addition, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to foster repeat business.

    I. Sales:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other effective strategies.
    • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients both in-person and virtually.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.

    II. Customer Services:

    • Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements.
