    Description
    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage and undertake the bookkeeping, finance functions (i.e. AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL etc.) and periodic accounting activities of Investment Holdings and Dormant entities; ensuring timely reporting and proactive in addressing the financial requirements.
    • Plan and monitor entity cash flow and financial results.
    • Assist in the review of commercial agreements/ contracts (i.e. non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, statements of work etc.).
    • Support the taxation matters of the Group - coordinate, plan, and manage including liaising with tax authorities the tax related matters as well as participating as key members in the tax preparation process of the Group.
    • Assist and liaise with external auditors on the yearly audit preparation.
    • Key member of the compilation, tracking and analysis of projects.
    • Assist in preparation of yearly budget and forecast.
    • Support the continuous improvement or existing policies, processes and procedures; being proactive in observing, suggesting and implementing improvements.
    • Participate as a key member in other ad-hoc financial projects/ tasks as assigned; proactive in all dealings to achieve team objectives.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and/ or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc.).
    • Preferably with auditing background (knowledge in MFRS and/ or IFS) will be an added advantage.
    • At least three (3) years of experience undertaking a similar role. Candidates with commercial contracts reading background is an added advantage.
    • Familiar with accounting software and proficient in office suite (i.e. spreadsheet and word processing etc.).
    • Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and good time management.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
