    Description
    Job Responsibility

    We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Senior Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules, documentation, providing feedback and information.
    • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
    • Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales team is unavailable, answering customer queries, informing customers on delays, arranging delivery dates and ensuring that customer orders are produce as schedule.
    • Input sales orders, ensuring that the documents are process accordingly to customer requirements and purchase order and to ensure that all orders are delivered on time.
    • To ensure that all invoices are billed accurately and on time to customers
    • Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records and to prepare report to Management as and when required
    • To assist sales team to prepare quotation and get approval from Management
    • Monitor stock status on a regular basis of individual customers to avoid stagnant stock build-up hence reduce inventory holding cost
    • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, queries, stock and deliveries are handled efficiently.

    Job Requirements

    • STPM/Diploma in business administration or relevant field and certification in sales or marketing will be an added advantage
    • 2 or more years of working experience as a sales coordinator
    • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Malaysia
    • Preferably with working experience in manufacturing industry
    • A team player with high level of dedication and leadership skills
    • Well-organized and responsible with and aptitude in problem solving
    • Excellent communication skills in sales, customer service and able to interact will all kinds of people
    • Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Computer literacy
