    Position Overview:

    As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting HAIRDEPOT's marketing team. You will contribute to the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales growth, and foster strong customer relationships. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth within the marketing field.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including brand promotion, market positioning, competitive analysis, and product promotion.

    Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team, providing support and contributing ideas to achieve business objectives.

    Campaign Assistance: Assist in managing advertising campaigns, promotional plans, and market media to increase brand visibility and sales.

    Digital Marketing Support: Contribute to monitoring and managing online marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

    Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to maintain positive relationships, contributing to business growth.

    Analysis Support: Assist in using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations.

    Requirements:

    Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Relevant internship or up to 2 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates with an interest in retail.

    Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Analytical mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

    Creative thinking and eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing field.
