    Description

    Job Scope:

    1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective trade marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and sales targets.
    2. Trade Promotion Planning: Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to drive sales and achieve distribution goals, while maximizing ROI.
    3. Channel Management: Identify and evaluate different sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and online, to optimize marketing efforts and reach target audiences effectively.
    4. Merchandising and POS Materials: Coordinate the creation and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and merchandising assets to enhance product visibility and drive purchase decisions at the point of sale.
    5. Trade Events and Exhibitions: Plan and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products, generate leads, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
    6. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

    Requirements:

    1. Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on trade marketing, brand management, or sales support within the consumer goods industry.
    2. Trade Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel management.
    3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
    4. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
    5. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with trade partners, retailers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maximize promotional opportunities.
