    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience to be our Administrator.
    • Written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin is a must;
    • Previous experience in an operations, administrative, secretarial, and/or customer service role. Customer-facing experience is a plus;
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office;
    • Strong planning and organisational skills, with high attention to detail;
    • A proven ability to work unsupervised, with strong interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work under pressure, with multiple simultaneous tasks and tight deadlines;
    • A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification when required.

    The successful candidate must have permission to work in Malaysia by the start of their employment.

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for someone to support our growing investment migration due diligence practice. Your work will help facilitate smooth operation between different teams and between clients and your S-RM colleagues, and you will be exposed to a variety of different internal and external stakeholders. You should be adaptable, a team player, and driven to help us grow with the business.

    Your day-to-day will include a mixture of client and case management responsibilities that fall throughout the project delivery lifecycle, including, but not limited to:
    • Process client requests received via S-RM's case management portal;
    • Ensure client communication is attended to timeously and professionally;
    • Ensure documents are correctly stored on S-RM's project portal and maintain case tracking databases;
    • Conduct live interviews in Mandarin and English as required;
    • Check invoices from external parties;
    • Ensure our systems reflect all necessary project details;
    • Act generally as a liaison between our clients, relevant internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.

    The role will be based at our Kuala Lumpur office. We have flexible working arrangements available.
