    Position Objective:

    • Work as an internal SAP Account Payables/ Ariba/ Concur consultant. Provide group IT solutions to finance operations team to support
    • Regulatory changes and transformation needs.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the End-to-End IT solution of expense management.
    • Provide system solution in the field of AP process to meet business need (mainly but not limited to SAP Account Payables/ Ariba/ Concur)
    • Evaluate change impact of a system solution.
    • Support of RFP or vendor/ product evaluation process.
    • Advise the solution design in the finance change board.
    • Conduct end to end project implementation from design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
    • Provide hyper-care support and knowledge transfer to the support team.
    • Lead small to medium size system improvement.
    • Prepare/ maintain training manuals or user guides.
    • Review existing process and identify solution to improve existing user experience.
    • Work as the escalation point of the daily support issue.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems / Business or Accounting equivalent is required.
    • SAP project implementation/ Support & enhancement experience.
    • Applied accounting / business knowledge in SAP system.
    • Managing communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users).
    • Good team player, self-starter, proactive and resourceful.
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
