    核心工作活动

    制定和维护预算

    • 制定和管理餐饮部门的所有财务、员工敬业度和客人满意度计划与行动。
    • 保持厨房和餐厅运作的成本管理正指标。
    • 利用预算来了解财务目标。

    领导餐饮团队

    • 管理餐饮部门(不包括餐饮销售)。
    • 监督和管理员工。管理所有日常运营。充分了解员工的职位,以便在员工缺勤时履行职责。
    • 利用人际关系和沟通技巧来引导、影响和鼓励他人;倡导健全的财务/业务决策;表现出诚实/正直;以身作则。
    • 监督所有厨房、餐厅、饮料和客房服务运作。
