- Support BIOS and bootloader enabling on Intel platforms for IoT customers (Atom, Core and Xeon platforms); Enable and sustaining FW (firmware) related collaterals to customers.
- Contributes to the creation of BIOS/FW related customer facing collaterals such as IAFW specs, BWG, app notes, whitepaper etc., while delivering training to the front line customer support, FAE and BIOS vendors to ensure the features are implemented correctly.
- Construct and perform user acceptance test cases to ensure the deliverables are of solid quality.
- Provide timely technical support to customer during the design enabling and designin phases of the platform, support customer issue tickets and provide onsite/ondemand technical support as needed.
- Provides technical support to customers for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring customer time to market readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.
- Assists in providing technical support for one or more Intel products, participates in new product development, and represents customer and/or market needs to engineering teams.
- Works with the sales team to help resolve customer technical questions and participates in customers visits and presentations.
- Own, develops and maintain technical content/ collaterals and oversees development and production of marketing/ technical material such as product demonstration videos, tutorials, technical blogs, white papers,, presentations, product specifications, application notes and other supporting technical collaterals.
- Constant collaboration with crossfunctional team such as IP Design Team, Software Engineering, HW/SW Debug Steering Team, Platform Software Execution Team, Product Marketing etc. to achieve business goals.
- Presents product training material as required. Grows customer product adoption by educating them on latest advances in technologies made by Intel.
- Collaborate with backend team to expedite the resolution of customer issues, ensuring seamless and efficient support process.
- Ability to create and execute test plan
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Electronic and Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Programming skill set of C++, C# and such will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Strong in problem solving skills.
- Willing to learn and not easily give up attitude.
- Familiarity with realtime operating systems (RTOS) will be added advantage
