    Description
    Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. An Account Manager is responsible for expanding business in the region. They must identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by building trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing security solutions and related product systems to meet customers' needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
    • Generate and identify sales leads
    • Arrange meetings and sales presentations with potential customers
    • Prepare quotations and preliminary system design
    • Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with sales goals
    • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
    • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
    • Enhance the Convergint brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
    • Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on sales experience (security-related preferred) in a multinational company
    • Full English business proficiency (oral and written)
    • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
    • Highly energetic and results-oriented, strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
    • Demonstrated influencing skills
    • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
    • Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
    • Self-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
