    Salary: Up to RM5,000

    Location: Tun Razak Exchange 106 (TRX106)

    Role Description

    Coordinating, crafting, hosting, engaging, and analyzing livestream events to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.

    Qualifications:

    1. Fluent in English is a MUST. Mandarin is a plus.
    2. Bachelor's degree in mass communication, production.
    3. At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in e-Commerce or high-growth industries, livestream experience is preferred and experience with platforms such as TikTok/ Lazada/Shopee would be an added advantage.
    4. Fresh graduates may apply, but must be fluent in English.
    5. The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.
    6. Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Planning and executing livestream events: You'll work with the brand to plan and coordinate livestream events that align with the brand's goals and increasing upsells and cross-sells.
    2. Creating engaging content: You'll be responsible for creating and delivering content that resonates with the brand's target audience. This may include scripting, storyboarding, and designing visuals or other multimedia assets that support the livestream content.
    3. Hosting and presenting livestreams: As a live streamer, you'll be responsible for presenting and hosting the livestreams. This may involve moderating discussions, interviewing guests, and providing commentary or analysis on the livestream content that will help in converting sales.
    4. Engaging with viewers: You'll be expected to interact with viewers during the livestream, responding to their questions and comments and building engagement and community around the brand.
    5. Analyzing metrics and feedback: You'll be responsible for analyzing viewer metrics and feedback to determine the success of the livestream events and identify areas for improvement.
