    Description
    Responsibilities:
    Position 1: Audit & Assurance
    • Assist in handling small and medium-d audit assignments.
    • Assist in liaising with clients and other external parties to resolve issues.
    • Work closely with team members and leaders.
    Position 2: Tax Compliance
    • Assist in handling small and medium d tax assignments.
    • Assist in liaising with clients and tax authorities to resolve issues.
    • Work closely with team members and leaders.
    Position 3: Tax Transfer Pricing
    • Support superiors in the preparation of transfer pricing reports in line with the Malaysian guidelines.
    • Assist in performing benchmarking and economic analyses for various types of related party transactions.
    • Assist in preparing and analysing financial and economic data using MS Word and Excel.
    • Being able to communicate and interact with the clients.
    Position 4: Risk Consulting (Internal Audit)
    • Assist the Internal Audit Managers on audit planning, execution and reporting activities for various audits such as internal audits, compliance audits, special reviews etc.
    • Assist in identifying and assessing key risks and evaluate key controls to improve the adequacy and effectiveness of the client's system of internal controls.
    • Ensure audit work is adequately supported, properly documented and aligned with the stated audit objectives.
    Position 5: Risk Consulting (IT Audit)
    • Assist in IS audits using the COBIT framework, including audit scoping, evaluation, testing, reporting and issue follow-up.
    • Assist in conducting audits on various processes, technologies, and platforms, including UNIX, Windows, DBMS (SQL, Oracle, DB2), AD, AS/400, Network, etc.
    • Assist to identify technology risks and recommend appropriate controls based on risk level, business requirements, and feasibility of implementation.
    • Assist in consulting with clients to evaluate and make recommendations on process and control design improvements.
    • Assist in preparing and delivering clear, concise and effective communication, both oral and written, to all levels of management.
    Position 6: Clients & Markets
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
    • Collaborate with the team to conduct needs assessments and analyse training requirements.
    • Contribute to the design and creation of engaging and interactive training content, considering different learning styles and instructional strategies.
    • Support the organization and coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, venue setup, participant registration, and material preparation.
    • Help administer, analyse training evaluations, and feedback surveys to assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
    • Collaborate with trainers to gather and organize content for training materials and ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Assist in the maintenance and updating of learning management systems and training databases.
    • Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in learning and development to propose new ideas and improvements.
    • Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) matters, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
    Requirements:
    • Have completed at least the 2nd year of a degree programme with CGPA score of at least 3.0.
    • Be available for a minimum period of 3 months (preferably 6 months).
    • Show active involvement in extra-curricular activities in school/college/university.
    • Have strong determination and possess the capability to complete a comprehensive training and development programme.
    • Exhibit potential leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Display good aptitude and have the ability to learn fast.
    • Possess proficiency in English.
