    Description
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle full sets of accounts.
    • Overall General Ledger reconciliation.
    • Treasury and cash flow management.
    • Maintain and update necessary accounting records such as billing, invoices, cash flow, report etc.
    • Ensure data transmitted accurately in the accounting system.
    • Responsible for preparation of management accounting, statutory financial statement, variances analysis and review financial reports within stipulated time frame.
    • Maintain proper documents filling such as audit filing and tax filing.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management and assist superior form time-totime.
    • Liaise with internal & external parties such as auditors, tax agent, company secretarial banker, statutory body etc.


    Qualifications:
    • At least 3 years of working experience in related fields.
    • Candidates with prior external audit knowledge and experience will be an added advantage.
    • Industry required: Experienced in the construction industry.
    • Education required: At least a bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance equivalent with professional qualifications (E.g. ACCA/CIMA/CPA) .
    • Language proficiency: Must be able to read, write and speak English, Malay, and Mandarin.
    Additional Highlights:
    • Preferably working experience in the construction/developer industry is an added advantage.
    • Competence in full-set accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
    • High self-integrity in handling private and confidential information.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
    • Self-motivated, good working attitude, and able to work independently.
