    Description

    What you'd be doing:

    • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to business goals and strategies
    • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational structure
    • Ensure that compensation complies with statutory requirements
    • Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent
    • Prepare job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
    • Conduct salary and labor market research to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
    • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
    • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
    • Performing daily sustaining administration duties across all Payroll and Benefits processes within established target timeline
    • Liaise with HODs to clarify salary adjustments, salary reviews and/or all other salary related matters
    • Manage and administer all payroll-related activities for allocated countries including regular and ad hoc payments and deductions, statutory payments and deductions including timely payments to employees and third parties
    • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual payroll reports
    • Performing ongoing analysis of current Payroll and Benefits Administration in terms of process, systems and structures leading to recommended process improvement

    To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

    • Proven working experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
    • Prior working experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
    • Good knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
    • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
    • Excellent attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output
    • Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines
    • Advance skill in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong Communication skills in English and Malay
