    Role summary:

    As a Digital Campaign Project Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and executing weekly content updates for dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of all DCO activities - working with clients to take briefs, efficiently implementing content updates and maintaining stringent quality control - ensuring the client's digital marketing objectives are met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organise and lead regular meetings with clients to plan campaign requirements and gather briefs
    • Implement and manage content updates across multiple DCO campaigns based on the client brief and assets supplied
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure all produced digital ads meet the brief requirements and quality expectations (visual, grammar, spelling)
    • Efficiently coordinate with the client to clarify and resolve brief inconsistencies or issues
    • Ensure any issues are thoroughly investigated with mitigation steps put in place
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

    Requirements:

    • Experience in marketing campaign account or project management
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Conscientious, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
    • Organised and calm under pressure
    • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt based on feedback
    • Highly motivated and quick to learn new processes and tools

    Nice to have:

    • Understanding of dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) and digital campaign project management
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS')
    • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Photoshop
