    Company Description

    Dorsett Kuala Lumpur is a midscale hotel located in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. The hotel offers spacious guestrooms and suites designed with the comfort of the travellers in mind. The hotel also offers service units of Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang which ideal for guests on extended stay in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel completed a total renovation programme in 2017 at an investment cost of close to RM40 million.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications
    • Proven sales experience and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Customer-focused and able to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Good understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Fluency in English and local language
    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce, experience in the hotel industry or related field, and ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
