    Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals Sdn Bhd is an established property consultancy company that provides comprehensive valuation services for various purposes, including banking facilities, land acquisitions, stamp duties, IWK, insurance, and Securities Commission. The company specializes in valuation work for a wide range of properties, from development lands to special properties and plant and machineries. Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals also offers real estate agency and property management services, as well as property market research and feasibility studies and other property consultancy services.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate Valuation Manager. The Senior Corporate Valuation Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the company's corporate valuation activities, including valuation for mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private equity, and other corporate transactions. The Senior Corporate Valuation Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing valuation methodologies, preparing valuation reports and presentations, and providing expert advice on valuation-related matters. The Senior Corporate Valuation Manager will be based in Kuala Lumpur.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in corporate valuation, with at least 8 years of relevant experience
    • Advanced knowledge of valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions analysis
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and perform complex financial modeling
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals
    • Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in property valuation, or related field
    • Professional member such as RISM, PEPS or similar are highly desirable
    • Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus
