    Job Summary

  • Scoping of task requirements. Alignment with requestors on the quality of each brief, as well as management of prioritization of the briefs and the delivery timeline.
  • Maintain transparency of request pipelines.
  • Management of resources to answer the requirements of the brief.
  • Perform quality assurance control of the deliverables.
  • Execute just-in-time adjustments for rapid turnarounds during campaign days.
  • Lead the implementation of e-commerce strategies – including doing the research on competitors, platforms, audience etc.
  • Schedule periodic hypothesis testing during BAU days to define content guidelines for various use cases.
  • Evaluation of campaign day performance to optimize the assets accordingly via the rapid turnaround workstream.
  • Monitor the daily performance of content and create postmortems/ weekly content performance reports.

    • Experience Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in e-Commerce platforms/ managing e-commerce portfolio.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in managing a small team.
  • Experience in content development for e-Commerce marketplaces and copywriting is a plus.
  • Must possess performance analytics skills.
  • Proficient in project management tool like Jira and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent time management and people management skills.
  • Able to perform under very tight timelines.
