    Description

    Are you ready to shape the future of Larian Studios' teams in Malaysia? Join us as a Recruiter and be part of our journey in creating exceptional RPGs and story-driven games.

    We're seeking a passionate Recruiter to initially help us build our programming and technical teams from the ground up in Malaysia.


    Recruiter Responsibilities:
    Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to expand Larian's Programming and Game Development teams in Malaysia. Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (Linked In, Mobygames, Stackoverflow etc) to identify potential candidates. Screen and interview both passive and active candidates. Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever. Initiate outreach messages and execute talent engagement campaigns. Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects. Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.


    Requirements:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing, with a focus on technical or programming roles.

    Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods. Genuine passion for computer games or game development. Proven experience partnering with hiring managers. Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates. Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and Linked In Recruiter. Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the games, technology, IT, or software industry. Fluent English and strong communication skills BACK TO LIST
