- developing and enhancing IT products using diverse set of technologies, such as .NET, Angular, and others alongside open-source platforms for solution hosted both on the cloud and on-premises
- working effectively with cross-functional teams to create technical enablers and effectively respond to the change of business needs
- taking ownership on applications fault diagnosis and correction to limit and address issues promptly
- providing technical development recommendations for application quality and cost efficiency improvement and work with the PO/Solution Architect to define and maintain application and software roadmap
- driving innovation and continuous technical improvement for quality and efficient application and software delivery and demonstrating technical leadership in supporting teams and ART.
- have a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar, or equivalent qualification with significant experience in a software development capacity
- have demonstrated track record in delivering end-to-end applications utilising .NET Core, C#.NET, and other modernised tech stacks
- demonstrate strong skills and experience in design patterns, software architecture, and Architecture patterns, incl. Microservices, Communications, incl. Kafka or ServiceBUS, Containerization, incl. Docker or Kubernetes, and Cloud, such as Azure/AWS
- have excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, both written and verbal, and articulate presentation skills
- have a strong passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
