    Blazebiz Innovate has been providing quality systems and services to a wide range of companies for over 10 years. Our clients include government bodies, manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, and sole proprietors in need of effective business management systems.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time Customer Service Executive role, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Customer Service Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with the other team members to address customer needs and contribute to overall customer service improvement.

    Meetings will be held in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in customer service would be an advantage
    • Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Good knowledge of the products or services offered by the company
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and requirements
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
    • Additional language skills are a plus
