- Recruitment:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating terms and coordinating pre-employment checks.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about the organization and job opportunities.
- In-house Agency Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and in-house agencies to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in recruitment planning meetings and provide input on talent acquisition strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Indian languages and familiarity with Indian cultural nuances preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive insights.
- Certification in HR or related field is a plus.
