  • Develop innovative conceptual design solutions in response to client briefs and project constraints.
  • Ensure that design solutions meet project objectives, including strategic, financial, and time planning considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and vision for the project.
  • Assist in formulating the client's brief and present conceptual design solutions to the client in a compelling manner.
  • Provide technical solutions and assistance to the project department in detailing and buildability aspects of the project.
  • Ensure that conceptual design solutions are feasible and align with project requirements.
  • Act as a mentor and leader to other designers within the office, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. about the requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conceptual design development and project management.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to provide detailed solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. about the manager/team
