    Full Time Ecommerce Executive

    Calling all beauty enthusiasts with a passion for marketing and ecommerce

    Lips Carpenter is a growing e-commerce beauty brand founded in 2018, offering clean, sustainable, and personalised beauty products. Here, you'll directly contribute to shaping marketing and e-commerce strategies for our exciting beauty e-commerce start up Plus, as we're a small, dynamic team, you'll also gain exposure to a wide range of operational tasks, perfect for someone who enjoys having a diverse range of exposure.

    Job Description

    Ecommerce Management

    • Maintain online stores: Update product listings/photos, create webpage, update shop decoration across platforms like WooCommerce WordPress, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Etsy etc.
    • Ensure platform functionality: Work with web technical team to maintain smooth website operation and address any issues.
    • Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries on various platforms.

    Marketing & Social Media

    • Create and manage social media content calendar: Develop engaging posts and videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (including basic shooting with phone and editing with Capcut or Jianying).
    • Manage blog & email marketing: Publish regular blog posts for SEO and create/send email newsletters to subscribers.
    • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

    About You

    • Healthy, passionate and self-driven with positive attitude
    • Problem solver and independent
    • Good communicator
    • Experience in using design tools such as Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus
    • Avid users of social media platforms is preferred
    • Ability to read/write in English and Mandarin is a must
    • Strong interest in sustainable and natural skincare & beauty
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
