    Job description:

    Job Summary
    • Manage and supervise the implementation and improvement of the QMS, QC Inspection and material quality in accordance to Iso 9001 & company procedures.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead a team of QAQC senior/engineers, QC supervisor/inspectors to perform their work according to QMS company and client requirements.
    • Ensure that appropriate inspections are carried out according to quality control plan, before the release of products to customers.
    • Organise and manage QC workload allocation to meet work arrangements.
    • Train personnel on QAQC requirements.
    • Ensure that suitable corrective and preventive actions to improve quality are implemented in the manufacturing floor.
    • Discuss with customers/suppliers on quality issues to resolve non-conformances.
    • Ensure that all laboratory testing is done in accordance to procedures, and the results are analysed.
    Qualifications
    • Degree in Engineering/Science preferably with a Civil/ Mechanical field/background
    Skills & Abilities
    • Must possess working knowledge of ISO 9001 in a construction/manufacturing environment
