Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager, based in Cyberjaya with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing data and trends, improving processes and systems, and managing projects and budgets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience in selling insurance products is preferred
Strong social media skills is preferred
