    Job description:

    Job Summary

    Support the development, implementation and enhancement of integrity and governance practices within the organisation. Reports to the Manager, Integrity and Governance; close collaboration with the Group Chief of Integrity and Governance Officer (CIGO) to execute various responsibilities. This role is key in supporting the development and implementation of effective governance framework, conducting compliance audit and liaisoning.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Assist in the identification of current and future processes within the Group which requires compliance input.

    • Support in ensuring identified mitigation activities are embedded into operations.

    • Provide independent view/feedback on key compliance risk matters to be considered by superiors.

    • Assist in conducting periodic compliance audit to ensure adherence to established governance framework.

    • Assist in providing advisory services to Departments to establish, maintain and continuously improve their compliance management capabilities.

    • Support in the development and implementation of an effective and pragmatic governance framework addressing corruption, fraud and malpractices.

    • Assist to monitor and report on the implementation of integrity and anti-bribery & corruption compliance programs.

    • Assist in the preparation of Organizational Anti-Corruption Plan to address integrity, governance and anti-bribery & corruption issues.

    • Assist CIGO on managing and conducting internal investigation related to whistleblowing complaints.

    • Network and build strong relationships with Head of Departments to enhance integrity and governance framework.

    • Assist external auditors during auditing process.

    • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

    • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

    Qualifications

    Professional Degree/ Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree, proven experience in compliance, governance or related role, minimum of 5 years working experience with sufficient knowledge and exposure in government dealings and public relations.

    • Policy development and implementation, investigation skills, compliance monitoring, external reporting, collaboration, training delivery, liaison, written and reporting skills.

    Expected Minimum Years of Experience

    Minimum of 5 years working experience.
