    Description

    FINANCE MANAGER

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial

    health and administration of our client's organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong

    financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to make strategic financial decisions. The

    Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, optimizing profitability, and

    supporting overall business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Processes and Administration: Ensure efficient business processes,
    • streamline administration, and maintain a robust financial management system.
    • Accounting System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the company's accounting system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
    • Financial Reporting: Review and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Financial Forecasting: Prepare accurate and insightful financial forecasts to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Legal Compliance: Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Financial Analysis: Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to identify trends,risks, and opportunities.
    • Decision Support: Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support in making informed business decisions.
    • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor finance department employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Profitability Improvement: Investigate and recommend means to improve profitability, including cost- saving initiatives and revenue optimization strategies.
    • Payment Processing: Review and process company payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
    • Business Expansion and Compliance: Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate business expansion, ensure compliance, and support scaling efforts.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional

    finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.


    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.


    • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.


    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.


    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
