    Description
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Diploma in Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Computer or Software
    • Understanding of electronics. Knowledge in photonics and optical transceivers are an advantage.
    • With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information and data.
    • Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in electronics.
    • Familiarity with test instruments (Splicers, Multimeters, Power meters, optical switches etc)
    • Experience in troubleshooting PCBA preferred.
    • Experience in performing fiber splicing is an added advantage.
    • Can work independently and work with support teams as needed


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Supporting on Production and NPI programs of ROADM products. Support Product Engineer to investigate manufacturing issues related to Assembly and Test processes and identify problem; implement solutions and report their findings to Engineers.
    • Assists engineers in yield improvements, projects, evaluation, and qualification.
    • Help to monitor the product yield and sustainability.
    • Provide debug disposition on daily fallout modules and improve debug accuracy.
    • Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork
    • Derive Continual Improvement and use of resources
    • Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
    • Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
