    Description

    Be part of the StarFive Technology IP & SoC Verification Team, a group of motivated engineers to develop strategic IPs and SoCs that are used in computing, networking and many other market segments.

    • As a verification manager, you will be setting priorities for a team verification engineers to verify designs in various levels such as IP, Subsystem and SoC levels.
    • You are expected to plan, coordinate verification activities and advocate for sufficient resources to ensure design quality and execution schedules.
    • The role will require you to establish strong working relations amongst verification team members you manage and the design team you will be collaborating with in a development environment.
    • Clear communication of verification progress periodically will be expected.

    Qualifications

    • Bsc/Msc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with more than 10 years' experience in verification, microarchitecture and/or design, including 3+ years as a technical lead / 2+ years as technical manager.
    • Possesses strong understanding of IP verification methods and tasks.
    • Demonstrate strong technical leadership and influencing skills.
    • Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
    • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
