    Description

    Responsibilities

    - Perform task at sales counter to greet customer.

    • Handling incoming phone call inquiries.
    • Help customers to place order, membership registration and other inquires at counter.
    • Provide customers with information about company products.
    • Perform administration task : dealing with email inquiries, answering incoming calls, preparing sales reports and issue requisition for etc.

    Requirements

    - Possess at least a STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.

    • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
    • Prior experience in sales and retail.
    • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Malay and other language would be advantageous.
    Knowledge in MS Office i.e excel and word.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers.
    • Willing outstation if required.
    • Motivation to work through busy shifts.
