- Support payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund request, other remunerations and annual activities.
- Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, tax filings, and other payroll-related documentation Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
- Maintain payroll schedules, SOPs, policies and procedures.
- Manage the leave record and entitlements of staff and ensure accuracy.
- Review and develop the leave entitlement policies.
- Maintain and update HR software with precise and current employee information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Ensure seamless integration of colleagues by preparing contracts and other relevant documents.
- Design and provide briefings for all new colleagues.
- Supervise and conduct the necessary administrative procedures for any departure of staff.
- Analyze internal HR related costs across departments to facilitate strategic cost allocation and provide comprehensive reporting for accounting and management purposes.
- Participate in HR related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate staff training when necessary.
- Support audit and ad hoc projects when required.
- Possess Bachelor's degree or at least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience for the junior role and preferable 4 years of relevant experience for the senior position.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, knowledge about HR related regulations and practice in Hong Kong and Singapore would be great asset.
- Able to work with team and good organization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
