    Description

    The position(s) is expected to support clients (internal and external) both in Malaysia and outside Malaysia (mainly Hong Kong and Singapore).

    What do we need you to do (Job Responsibilities):

    Payroll Management:

    • Support payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund request, other remunerations and annual activities.
    • Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
    • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, tax filings, and other payroll-related documentation Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
    • Maintain payroll schedules, SOPs, policies and procedures.

    Leave Management:

    • Manage the leave record and entitlements of staff and ensure accuracy.
    • Review and develop the leave entitlement policies.

    HR Software Maintenance:

    • Maintain and update HR software with precise and current employee information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

    Staff Onboarding & Offboarding:

    • Ensure seamless integration of colleagues by preparing contracts and other relevant documents.
    • Design and provide briefings for all new colleagues.
    • Supervise and conduct the necessary administrative procedures for any departure of staff.

    HR Cost Analysis:

    • Analyze internal HR related costs across departments to facilitate strategic cost allocation and provide comprehensive reporting for accounting and management purposes.

    Others:

    • Participate in HR related projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Plan and coordinate staff training when necessary.
    • Support audit and ad hoc projects when required.

    What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

    • Possess Bachelor's degree or at least Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience for the junior role and preferable 4 years of relevant experience for the senior position.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, knowledge about HR related regulations and practice in Hong Kong and Singapore would be great asset.
    • Able to work with team and good organization skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
