- Find candidates through social networks, data, resume databases, job postings, employee referrals, etc.;
- Analyze job requirements and find candidates;
- Daily customer service. Provide timely, appropriate, professional and courteous responses and service to customers such as employees, visitors and candidates through face-to-face communication, telephone, ticketing system and email.
- Office maintenance. Maintain a clean, comfortable and convenient work environment by conducting various audits, maintaining facilities, monitoring cleaning staff services, resolving emergencies; identifying, escalating issues and providing creative solutions to improve service or efficiency.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes. Provide accurate and timely management support during new employee onboarding and offboarding processes; provide facility usage training to employees.
- Procurement. Assists the Management Supervisor in controlling costs by managing office supplies and facilities inventory, identifying new vendors, negotiating and providing recommendations.
- Process standardization. Create, update and follow administrative procedures/workflows and cross-train within the team to increase productivity and standardization. Provide support to other departments as needed.
- At least SPM/STPM or Diploma;
- Encourage new graduates to apply;
- Language: Malaysian, English, Chinese;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Able to pay attention to details and meet work deadlines;
- Execute work effectively to deliver results and meet deadlines;
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in writing;
- The company will provide training.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM, lunch and break time 12PM-1:30PM;
