    Description

    Project Planning & Management

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for product development initiatives, taking into account resource allocation, dependencies, and milestones.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
    • This role will be responsible for the success tracking of Product teams OKR.

    Cross Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, coordinating efforts across departments such as R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication channels to ensure transparency and accountability among team members.

    Risk Management

    • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success, proactively developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address them.
    • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

    Resource Management

    • Allocate resources effectively to support project objectives, including personnel, equipment, and budgetary resources.
    • Manage vendor relationships and third-party contracts, ensuring that external partners deliver on their commitments and meet project requirements.

    Requirements of the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field required.
    • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in product development or related areas.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
