    About Our Client

    Our client is an established MNC in the chemical industry. They are currently expanding rapidly looking for highly capable individuals to grow them to further heights.

    Job Description

    • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to identify root causes of malfunctions.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
    • Utilize predictive maintenance techniques and technologies to anticipate and address potential equipment failures before they occur.
    • Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
    • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments, to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    • Conduct safety assessments and adhere to regulatory guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into maintenance strategies.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
    • Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
    • Familiarity with maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
    • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
    • Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Maintenance Technician (CMT) are a plus.
