- Responsible for planning & implementation of best manufacturing/production system
- To lead the whole production team & drive operations excellence
- To ensure achieving optimum productivity and production logistic on production floor
- Cost effectiveness and cost improvement
- Delivery commitment and quality standards
- To plan, organize and manage on the aspects of manpower, machinery , equipment efficiencies to maximize utilization to meet the production schedule with IE standard & head count modelling & planning
- To enforce and improve product yield and quality in the manufacturing line
- People development & career path planning
- Crisis Management
- Minimum Degree in Engineering/Science/Material Science
- 10 years or more working experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
- Those with strong IE background/knowledge & work experience will be an added advantage
- Proven leadership skill and strong Teamwork player
- Strong in Statistical , data analysis skill , IE knowledge , head count modelling & planning
- Strong Communication and project management skill
